Chicago boaters have had a very warm season with tons of great boating! As calls for service in the harbor flooded our phone lines this year, it was plain and clear that we needed to expand our Service Team to meet demand and respond more quickly.

We are pleased to announce that our team is expanding, starting this week and we will more than double our Service Technicians by November! Each of them will bring top-end skills, certifications, and qualifications to our team. You’ve spoken, and we’ve listened.

Our team can now respond to most issues within 24-48 hours.

We seamlessly handle warranty claims and service bulletins for Mercury and Volvo.
